This project is set to revamp the existing adult softball field into a state-of-the-art pickleball court complex, complete with an expansive parking expansion.
The enhancement project is geared toward the construction of a 12-court pickleball complex, aimed at catering to the growing demand for this engaging and competitive sport. Alongside the court complex, Rainbow Construction Corporation will build an adjacent parking lot with 103 additional parking spaces, ensuring ample accommodation for visitors.
The approximately 2.25-acre project will feature meticulously designed hardscape and court areas, including two championship-sized courts measuring 44 feet by 74 feet and ten standard courts measuring 34 feet by 64 feet. The courts will be equipped with high-quality acrylic surfacing and energy-efficient LED sports lighting, providing ideal playing conditions with approximately 50-footcandle illumination. The project will also incorporate essential amenities such as pedestrian seating, circulation areas, and improved roadways.
One of the standout features of the project is the integration of a modern underground stormwater detention facility, with a staggering storage capacity of 54,161 cubic feet.
